Where can I buy your products?
You can find our full collection in three lovely spots on the island:
- Our Port Erin shop, just off the High Street

How long are vouchers valid for?
All of our vouchers have 12 months on them, valid from the date of purchase or shipping.
Can I still use my voucher after it expires?
We understand life sometimes throws surprises at us. In such cases (like a prolonged illness), we may be able to grant an extension. Voucher codes deactivate automatically on their expiry date, so please reach out to us so we can help.
Lost your voucher or unsure if it’s still valid? Just contact us! We’ll search our system for your code, and if needed, we’ll reissue it or book your workshop manually.

How do I use my voucher to book a workshop online?
Each voucher includes a unique code, when booking:

Choose your workshop and date.

Add it to your cart.

In the payment section, enter your voucher code in the “Discount Code” box.
Your total will adjust to reflect the voucher value.

Can I use my candle workshop voucher for a perfume workshop (or vice versa)?
Absolutely! You’re free to use your voucher for any workshop you fancy, you’ll just need to pay the difference.
Interested in switching from a fragrance to a chocolate workshop? No problem, just get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
Can I cancel or reschedule my workshop?
Of course!

Rescheduling is always free, just contact us and we’ll move your workshop to your preferred date.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the workshop come with a full refund, which gives us time to offer your spot to someone else.
Do you offer private workshops or events?
Yes, we love hosting bespoke experiences! Whether it’s a birthday, hen do, or a team-building event, get in touch and we’ll be happy to coordinate an event for your group.
Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our fragrance products are vegan and cruelty-free. If you have specific questions about ingredients, we’re happy to provide more details.
I have allergies or sensitivities, can I still attend a workshop?
We aim to make our experiences safe and enjoyable for everyone. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
